We are excited about planning a bunch of outdoor activities for a client later this year. We love helping our clients find the perfect mix of activities to provide for their guests. Sometimes you have to spruce up the entrance to your event to pull off the theme. Hiding ugly doors with curtains and drawing the eye with candles and other decor can help add ambience to an event. These photos are from an event we did for a client just a few weeks ago. They wanted a speakeasy theme with minimal decor that still delivered an authentic feel.

What did you all do this past weekend? We were busy creating some event magic for a client. Photos will be coming soon. In the meantime here are photos of a vinyl spin art station for an event we put on for a client last year.

Guests really love this activity. They get to choose the record they want to paint. Then they get to pick the colors and an attendant helps them make beautiful record art. The results are beautiful, fun, interactive and a momento of your event.

Saint Patrick's Day is this coming Sunday and so we're sharing these photos from our Neon Cowboy party in Austin last year. Green lights from the stage, custom neon cactus, neon cowboy hats, beautiful florals and a readiness to have fun made this an unforgettable night. Enjoy the parade of shades of green that are sure to abound this weekend and make sure to hydrate.

Happy Halloween everyone! We're thinking back to this Hacienda themed party we threw a while back and the amazing talent that showed up as entertainment, including a Day of the Dead themed stilt walker.

Don't underestimate the impact of a good reveal. We had these LED fairy dancers pull the curtain to reveal the specially decorated club space through the tunnel. The guests were super excited about the reveal and it made the club space of our space rave party that much more special.

We can't stop thinking about this space rave party we put on. Why choose between jungle and space when you can have a space rave on an exotic planet, complete with funky creatures, glow furniture, planets, lasers, and lush plants as focal points. This was such a fun event to put together. We loved to see how much fun the guests had with it too.

Creating great events is both a science and an art. We loved putting together this fun reception for a client with a science theme and bringing centerpieces in beakers and adding glow tables for ambience. It was a beautiful night out on the lawn overlooking the Park Hyatt Aviara Golf Course.

As we head into fall and say goodbye to summer weather we're thinking about all the events we did this summer. These patriotic floral centerpieces we did for an event in June on the Midway are definitely a highlight. The florals elevate the centerpieces while remaining true to the theme of an officer's club party. Sometimes a creative choice like this makes all the difference in the decor.

We're still thinking about the ILEA All Industry Cruise from two weeks ago. It was 70's themed and so much fun. It was great to see everybody dress up and bring their event industry best to the cruise. Great food, drinks and company. Some of our employees are on the ILEA board that helped plan this whole event and we think it all came off brilliantly.

We loved bringing this playful and colorful vision to life for a client in June. These patriotic, baseball vase florals were part of a fun welcome reception at Petco Park. The right details can really make an event extra special.

This weekend it's the Lemon Festival in Chula Vista and it reminded us of this Limoncello making class we did in downtown Little Italy. The guests had fun learning about Limoncello and how it's made, and of course sampling some. Along with some delicious desserts it was the perfect summer afternoon.

Don't underestimate the power of an entrance piece for effect. It helps define the event space and create a wow moment for the guests as they arrive. Even minimal decor can look upgraded with a showstopping entrance piece. We loved creating this entrance piece on the Midway for guests to be greeted by Candy Girls and walk between propellers to their dinner event.

Our team at Leviosa Events helped bring this tropical vision to life for a client. This outdoor event featured tropical inspired florals, bird of paradise plants, white St. Tropez bars, and a fun collection of woven rattan lanterns to give the lawn a defined cabana bar space and add luxury to this reception.

We are thrilled to be working with Center for Community Solutions on their annual Tea and Tonic Event! They do such amazing work to support victims of domestic violence and abuse. Their cause truly touches our hearts. Please join us in supporting this great cause! Their annual Tea & Tonic event will be at Coasterra this year on June 18, 2021 from 1pm to 3:30pm. This event will be HYBRID so you can join from the comfort of your home or come to the event in person. Either way, you will have the opportunity to dine on delicious Mexican fare, participate in a fantastic auction and support this worthy cause!

SAVE THE DATE! Our Tea & Tonic with a Twist event is coming up on June 18, 2021! ☕️🍸 What is the twist you ask? This year, you’ll have the option to join us in person at beautiful Coasterra for a Mexican fusion interpretation of our usual Tea fare or attend virtually from the comfort of your own home! The afternoon event will feature live music, an auction and guest speaker Chanel Miller. All proceeds will help us provide nearly 19,000 San Diegans with life-saving services this year.
