It feels like just yesterday when we first opened the doors to our beloved restaurant back in 1998. A small space filled with big dreams, countless flavors, and the love of sharing authentic Ethiopian cuisine with our amazing community.
Though the restaurant may have closed its doors, our journey didn’t end there. We’ve rolled our passion onto wheels with the Ghion Kitchen food truck, keeping the tradition and taste alive.
