Reflection of a trainer 🥊

For those who think that being a trainer is not a dignified profession, such as being an engineer, doctor, lawyer, etc.

I am a trainer through God's work that one day put in my life a group of children with the desire to be somebody in life, seeing me as comfortable and making fun of me, he said: what a an easy and poor profession, you spend time playing with children and earning a misery. I standing proud told him: yesss, I am a trainer, I don't work in companies, but in a space where I promote VALUES and skills to children, young people and adults, I don't discriminate, because I treat everyone equally, I am not a boss but your kid sees me as a LEADER and I am his role model to follow, I am not a psychologist, but I could make your son believe in himself and reach unthinkably hights. I am not a doctor, but with one hand I can heal his injuries and with the other his sadnesses and fears, my work schedule is more exhausting than an office schedule, and yes.. it doesn't pay me thousands in cash, but I receive millions smiles and hugs, while you watch TV and sleep, we are planning to have the best training for your son, while you go on vacations, your son and I are training all week. I am not an Architect to build buildings, but I do build their dreams, values ​​and a future, I don't play with kids, I participate in the construction of a life, because sports is a lifestyle, because being a world champion is not achieved with 5 years of University, it's achieved with a life of sacrifices and constant dedication, Long live the trainers, Because for an athlete to triumph, there are sacrifices unimaginable behind it, because there are millions of lawyers, architects, doctors and engineers, but World Champions, only very few !!! Reflexión de un entrenador 🥊

Para los que piensan que ser *ENTRENADOR* no es una profesión digna, como ser ingeniero, doctor, abogado, etc.

Una vez un familiar me preguntó, porqué eres entrenador? y Yo le contesté: Te podría decir que por amor al deporte, pero no es nada mas eso!! Soy entrenador por obra de Dios que un día puso en mi camino un grupo de niños con deseos de ser alguien en la vida, mirándome con comodidad y un tanto a burla me dijo: que profesión tan fácil y tan pobre, se la pasan jugando con niños y ganan una miseria... Yo con mi cara bien en alto le dije con firmeza: siiii, SOY ENTRENADOR, NO trabajo en empresas, pero si en un espacio donde promuevo VALORES y habilidades en niños, jóvenes y adultos, NO discrimino, porque trato a todos por igual, NO soy Jefe pero TU HIJO me ve como un LÍDER y soy su modelo a seguir, NO soy Psicólogo, pero puedo hacer que TU Hijo crea en sí mismo y logre hazañas impensables, NO soy Doctor, pero puedo curar con una mano sus lesiones y con otra sus tristezas y temores, Mi horario de trabajo es mas desgastante que el de una oficina, y sí... no me pagan miles en efectivo pero gano millones de sonrisas y abrazos, mientras TÚ, ves televisión y duermes, algunos estamos planificando para que TU hijo tenga el Mejor Entrenamiento, mientras tú te vas de vacaciones tu hijo y yo estamos entrenando toda la semana, NO soy Arquitecto para construir edificios, pero sí construyo sus sueños, valores y un futuro, NO juego con los niños, participo en la construcción de una vida, por que el deporte es un estilo de vida, por qué ser campeón mundial no se consigue en 5 años de Universidad se consigue con una vida de sacrificios y dedicación constante, Que Vivan los *ENTRENADORES*, Porque para que un atleta triunfe, hay sacrificios inimaginables tras de él, Porque Abogados, Arquitectos, Doctores e Ingenieros hay millones en el mundo, Pero Campeones Mundiales solo muy pocos!!! Y yo puedo formar a más de uno.
