Jordyn and Carter flew all the way from Canada to get married in San Diego, the city where Carter proposed earlier and the place that already meant so much to them.

At first, we planned their elopement for the day before, but as the forecast kept showing more and more rain, we decided to move everything to the next day instead. And wow, what an amazing decision that was! The sun was shining all day long, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.

We started the day with a beautiful ceremony on a private beach surrounded by crashing waves. Afterward, we explored some of La Jolla’s most stunning spots where the couple shared a sweet picnic and ran barefoot on the beach, completely in the moment and glowing with joy.

To finish off the day, we drove to Balboa Park and wandered through the gorgeous architecture and gardens. It was one of those days that reminded us why we love what we do: simple, emotional, and filled with so much love ❤️

A & C’s Big Sur elopement was a full day of adventure, laughter, and so many emotional moments!!!

They started the morning with coffee and a bike ride by the ocean. On the way, we stopped at some gorgeous spots for photos and ended with a cozy picnic where they read letters from their loved ones and soaked in the quiet beauty of the morning coast.

Later in the afternoon, they got ready together for their ceremony, and then we drove to a cliff overlooking the ocean where they said their vows in the most touching ceremony. It was so emotional that it was so hard for anyone to hold back happy tears 🥹

For the last part of the day, we went down a hidden path that led to the most beautiful, empty beach that felt like we had found Hawaii in California. The evening was full of magic: a picnic, cake cutting, music, happy tears, a golden sunset, and their first dance.

A & C, it was such an honor to be part of your day! We still can’t stop talking about how beautiful it was, and we’re so grateful we got to witness and capture it all ❤️

Adam and Sarah’s elopement adventure on the cliffs 🤍

Ian and Danielle traveled from Arizona to San Diego for a little vacation getaway, but while it may have seemed like a simple escape, Ian had something much bigger in mind. He knew the California coast would be the perfect backdrop for a moment Danielle would never forget ✨

He had been secretly planning a surprise proposal and came up with the perfect way to make it happen. Since it had always been a dream of Danielle’s to do a couples photoshoot by the ocean, he told her they’d be doing just that, taking some sweet photos together at the beach in La Jolla.

We met up and started the shoot, walking around and capturing candid moments as the waves crashed in the background. Danielle was glowing the entire time. And then, at just the right moment, Ian got down on one knee and proposed. It was such a beautiful and emotional moment. Danielle was in total shock (in the best way) and the joy between them was impossible to miss.

After taking a few minutes to breathe and soak it all in, Ian had one more surprise waiting. He led Danielle over to a cozy, romantic picnic set up with flowers, snacks, champagne, and a beautiful view of the ocean. Every little detail was so thoughtful 🥹

Once they were ready, we explored more of the area and found some really cool photo spots along the beach. And as if the timing couldn’t have been better, the sun finally broke through the clouds toward the end of the shoot. That’s when they popped a bottle of champagne and celebrated, laughing and toasting to their future.

Such a sweet, joy-filled day with two genuinely kind and amazing people. So grateful to have been part of it ❤️

Imtiaz and Jeny traveled all the way from Seattle for a quick getaway in San Diego, but what Jeny didn’t know was that this trip was about to become unforgettable. Imtiaz had been planning a surprise proposal, and he knew this was the perfect place to do it.

He wanted the moment to be peaceful, private, and full of intention. So we planned everything for early morning. The light was soft, the beach was quiet, and the whole scene felt like something out of a dream.

As they walked toward the setup, Jeny noticed the flowers, the details, the thought Imtiaz had put into everything, and then it clicked. The reaction on her face was everything. So much emotion, surprise, and happiness all at once. When Imtiaz got down on one knee, she couldn’t stop smiling, and yes, there were definitely some happy tears.

After she said yes, the two of them took a few quiet moments to soak it all in. Then we explored the cliffs together for more photos, with that dreamy golden light making everything feel even more special.

It was such a beautiful way to start the day and an even better way to start the next chapter of their lives.

Claire and Jordan wanted their elopement day to be meaningful, full of laughs, and shared with the people who matter most. So they invited their best friends along for the ride. And what a ride it was!!

The day started in the funniest way. Jordan wasn’t supposed to see Claire in her dress before the first look, but with everyone driving in the same car, that was easier said than done. Luckily, their friends came up with the perfect solution. Jordan wore a paper bag over his head, complete with a hand-drawn face on it. It had everyone cracking up and definitely set the tone for the fun and lighthearted energy of the day.

After the real first look, no paper bag this time, we headed to a beautiful spot for their ceremony. It was incredibly touching, and it was hard for anyone to hold back tears. You could truly feel how much love was in the air.

Once the ceremony wrapped up, we moved into the adventure part of the day. We visited a small waterfall, explored hidden caves, and went on a gorgeous hike that ended with the couple sharing their first dance on a cliff overlooking the ocean. It was unreal.

From there, we walked through an old growth forest. In true free-spirited fashion, Claire and Jordan, along with their friends, decided to embrace the cold and run straight into the ocean. It was spontaneous, joyful, and such a perfect representation of their energy.

After drying off and changing into matching sweatshirts, we made our way to the final spot of the day. There we captured some fun group photos, had a cozy bonfire, cut the cake, and listened to some truly beautiful speeches from their friends.

This day had everything. Laughter, emotions, adventure, and genuine connection. It was a beautiful and unforgettable elopement and we feel so lucky to have been there to capture every part of it.
