Kurt Francis was born in Johannesburg South Africa. As a youth, he faced many challenges that would initially inhibit him from speaking in public.

With determination, his dream materialized when he moved to the USA, and made Southern California his home where he earned his California Real Estate license and joined CENTURY 21 Award in 2003. A year later he became Branch Manager, and then in 2014 he was appointed Senior Branch Manager successfully leading offices all over Southern California where Kurt also regularly spoke at meetings for Century 21 as well as other companies, and non-profit organizations both small and as large as 5,000 people. When Kurt is invited to speak, no matter what group or size, he leaves the audience energized to take action which results in great change. His dream now is to Invigorate One Million people in their lives through companies and organizations.
