Kurt Francis was born in Johannesburg South Africa. As a youth, he faced many challenges that would initially inhibit him from speaking in public.

Master Real Estate Marketing Strategist, Award-Winning Speaker, Best Selling Author, Real Estate Adviser & Consultant Repositioning Sellers & Buyers into their Dream homes while Transvigorating 1 million lives to be who they are purposed to be. But Kurt refused to let this hold him back. He worked hard to transform himself and overcame many obstacles which enabled him to realize that we can all ov

ercome issues in our lives. By following his passion and Inner calling, he realized that nothing would stop his dream to live in America. With determination, his dream materialized when he moved to the USA, and made Southern California his home where he earned his California Real Estate license and joined CENTURY 21 Award in 2003. A year later he became Branch Manager, and then in 2014 he was appointed Senior Branch Manager successfully leading offices all over Southern California where Kurt also regularly spoke at meetings for Century 21 as well as other companies, and non-profit organizations both small and as large as 5,000 people. When Kurt is invited to speak, no matter what group or size, he leaves the audience energized to take action which results in great change. His dream now is to Invigorate One Million people in their lives through companies and organizations.
