We want to give a massive shoutout to Sarai Medrano. After 22 seasons serving Amor mission trip groups with Baja Cooks, she has decided to hang up her apron.

As our head cook, Sarai has been with us through thick and thin—feeding our groups, keeping everything running smoothly in the kitchen and sharing her expertise with the Baja Cooks Team. Working with Sarai has been an absolute pleasure, and we are beyond grateful for her years of dedication and hard work.

Sarai, thank you for being the heart of our kitchen for so long! We wish you nothing but the absolute best in this next chapter. (And don't worry, we're still holding out hope that you'll drop in to help us out from time to time!)
