Know how to make an LED panel? I could use your advice.
Over last couple of weeks I've been playing with some LEDs and ended up assembling an LED Panel as in the video below.
I intend to have a few of these. Would love to run them off batteries for off-the-grid events.
Assembling the first one was bumpy as I don't have much experience in these and encountered few non-obvious issues. The second one ended up much cleaner.
I want to make the process reproducible, so I (or anyone else) can get the parts and assemble another one in no time.
Do you want to try it out yourself? I'm thinking a blog post. Maybe a live stream? Going from individual components to assembly to controllers.

Bodhran
The bodhrán is an Irish frame drum. One of the few Irish souvenirs I kept when I moved to the US. Originally a poor man's tambourine, the drum is struck either with the bare hand or with a lathe-turned piece of wood called a bone.
While I can't play it properly, I sampled mine and put together a small loop to demonstate its sound. To be fair you're more likely to hear with a banjo than a shaker like hear. The sounds of the Atlantic ocean howaever are apprirpriate.
