Some weddings have a way of reminding you just how powerful community can be, and Adrian & Jacob’s day felt like that from the very beginning 🧡

Their ceremony had a small unexpected moment, yet it turned into something incredibly moving. Guests naturally gathered close around the chuppah, creating this intimate circle so every word of their vows could be heard. It felt grounding and wholehearted, exactly in the spirit of who they are.

Cocktail hour carried that same energy. Their friends, who perform together as a band, set the tone with music that felt curated and deeply connected to the couple. Later in the evening, a beautiful cake made with such intention became a sweet highlight of the night. And once two phenomenal q***r DJs took over, the reception transformed into an unforgettable celebration. You could feel the joy in every single person on that dance floor dance 🪩✨

What stayed with me most was how seamlessly everything flowed and how present everyone felt. It was intimate, elevated, and filled with the kind of warmth you can’t manufacture.

The night ended with fireworks lighting up the sky—cheers, music, arms around each other. A perfect final chapter.

But honestly? My favorite part might’ve been the late-night ramen station 🍜 A little Korean comfort after a day of dancing, laughing, and tequila toasts.
(Not easy to find those noodles in Mexico, but so worth it!)

They were buzzing with joy all day—laughing, hugging, surrounded by friends and family who clearly adore them. You could tell how deeply loved they are, not just as a couple, but as two people who’ve built a life full of adventure, care, and connection.

There’s something about this moment—like time slowed just enough for them to breathe it all in. Side by side, best friends, taking in everything they created together.

Funny enough, I hadn’t met them in person until after the wedding—but it never felt that way. From the very beginning, it was easy. Natural. Like planning with two friends who trusted me fully and brought so much joy into the process.

We’ll be seeing them again this November for another wedding, and honestly… I can’t wait.

Every element on the table had a purpose. We layered natural textures with playful glassware and bold, local blooms—then added pops of citrus, tropical fruit, and handpicked Talavera tiles for a twist that felt both rooted and fresh. We spent months fine-tuning the details, even sourcing from multiple rental companies to get the right mix. Mixing floral and non-floral pieces gave each table its own personality, and watching guests soak it all in was the best part.

The villa had so much rustic charm—aged wood, textured walls, and sweeping views of the ocean and mountains. J+M wanted the design to feel more modern and clean, but still connected to the setting.

To strike that balance, we leaned into asymmetrical florals, vibrant color, and streamlined details. It was playful and fresh, but never too polished.

We sourced everything locally and worked with a florist I trust deeply—she understood the vision right away and brought it to life beautifully.

Every design choice supported the experience we wanted to create: joyful, intentional, and perfectly them.

For June and Matt, we envisioned a wedding that felt like a vibrant tapestry of cultures – where contemporary flair met the timeless charm of Mexican traditions.

During our planning trip to Puerto Vallarta, we found these handblown shot glasses with vibrant orange speckles. Each one felt perfectly rooted in place – authentic, playful, and full of warmth.

We styled them as a tequila shot seating chart, welcoming guests to cocktail hour with a toast that was both personal and unforgettable.

It was such a fun way to kick off an evening filled with celebration, connection, and intention 🫶

J&M wanted their ceremony to feel like a quiet pause in time – just them, the ocean, and the people who have loved them the longest 🌊

On a secluded beach nearby, woven mats softened the sand underfoot, and parasols danced gently in the breeze. Their friend spoke words of love and commitment as the waves kept their rhythm behind them.

After their vows, they raised glasses of champagne right there on the shore, the ocean stretching out in front of them, ready to carry them into this new chapter together 🥂🤍

From the very first call, we knew June and Matt were the kind of couple who live life with so much joy. Fun, adventurous, outgoing – and deeply intentional about how they show up for each other and their people.

Even though a destination wedding wasn’t their original plan, as we got to know them, it became so clear: gathering their closest friends and family somewhere warm and beautiful, like Puerto Vallarta, was exactly what felt right for them.

Seeing them together that day – laughing, holding each other, ready to celebrate by the ocean – it was like watching two best friends about to embark on the greatest adventure yet 🧡
