Tom went to school for botony and naturally his favorite thing to do is to wander around Botanical gardens in new cities... I've never been to the Botanical gardens in Golden Gate Park... this session was a totally eye opening experinece. So many gorgeous things!

People always ask if I have super awkward engagement sessions and my answer is always "No"... if you can spend time being happy together then we'll be just fine. Its not about the camera... It's about you two being in your element together. Love this shot of Cat and Nick doing just that. ;D

Always love when dad comes by the room to say hi before the big event. Consider being intentional by inviting him to join at a certain time, so he knows its special... Sometimes dads just waltz in looking for their suspenders and look up and are like, "Oh hi!". Helps to create a bit of anticipation. ;D
