We get it .. you wanna save money, you didn’t have time to plan it out, life got in the way. It’s sad when we get last minute calls to book an event because their vendor cancelled on them (most on the day of the event!) and we can’t accommodate them because we’re fully booked. The only way to really avoid this is hiring legit and reputable vendors. Often times this does mean higher cost but at least you get what you pay for
During our discovery calls with potential clients, a lot compare our prices with other vendors & we always emphasize our quality and professionalism. We never put other vendors down but instead educate them about our work. “60 percent of the time it works every time.” 😉
