The Drop Dead Blues Club hosts a weekly, free, Blues Dancing venue for students and community members on Saturday nights. We have weekly drop-in lessons at 8 pm and social dancing from 9:30 pm to 1 am. We also have occasional beginner/intermediate blues classes and series (only $2 a lesson!) that will take your dancing a step further than a drop-in lesson. We also work with the CP Swing Club to or
ganize a yearly weekend workshop (and the occasional mini workshop) with out of town instructors, DJs, and dancers. Additionally, we help organize SLO invasions of other blues dance scenes in California, so keep an eye out for upcoming events or contact us for information on venues and housing in other cities.
