Another beautiful event at Swanson Center: the Front Porch Outreach event.

Front Porch seeks to create an environment where students from Cal Poly University and Cuesta College can build genuine relationships and live life together.

All guests enjoyed some drinks, appetizers and the famous Santa Maria BBQ with a great view! 🙌🏻

Today marked the conclusion of the one-month long Architecture Summer Career Workshop. The guests celebrated with a beautiful breakfast and final exhibit of the projects that the students have produced with the guidance of wonderful teachers.
We can’t wait to see what the future holds for them! The next ASCW will be in Summer 2024 and we are looking forward to it!

Our Conference and Event Planning team is attending the 43rd ACCED-I Annual Conference in Chicago.
It’s great to network with colleagues from all over the country, learn new techniques and explore the city a bit (including the Chicago’s green river for St. Patrick’s Day).☘️

Today, our CEP Director Umut Brown presented one of the conference’s sessions and told us all about when Cal Poly partnered with USA Pentathlon Multisport to host its national qualifier event and planned it all with only a three months notice! Definitely Cal Poly proud!

It’s been a busy, fun filled, event day here at Conference and Event Planning!
The Poly Pack Symposium took place at the Chumash Auditorum, where experts of the packaging industry, Packaging sponsors and Cal Poly students interacted and exchanged great presentations.
The Symposium was followed by a reception at the Madonna Inn Hotel and a Silent Auction.
Just the kind of Event-filled day that we love!
