Southern with a French Twist is growing and we’re looking for servers to join our team for private dinner parties and intimate events.

We aren't a traditional caterer. We're a personalized, high-touch culinary gathering company specializing in private chef services designed to make guests feel welcomed, seen, and cared for and to help the host truly enjoy their own gathering.

We’re looking for servers to join our team who are:
– Calm and confident in new environments
– Attentive to detail and timing
– Comfortable in private homes and boutique settings
– Service-minded, respectful, and warm
– Experienced in elevated hospitality

Primarily nights and weekends
Contract position, competitive pay with tips

We are looking for 1-2 delivery drivers to join our team! You must have a clean and reliable car, safe driving record, and excellent customer service and professionalism. This is a contract position and you can pick up shifts as your schedule allows. We deliver primarily in central and south Austin, the Austin Airport, San Marcos, Wimberley, and New Braunfels. Pay is mileage plus delivery fee paid out weekly. Deliveries leave from our commercial kitchen in San Marcos. If interested please email me at [email protected]

We are hiring!

We are looking for an incredible prep chef to join our team. You will work closely with our executive sous chef to execute client work out of our commercial kitchen in San Marcos, Texas. This is a part time position primarily working week days with an opportunity to grow into an event chef.

We service an exciting variety of clientele providing services for private inflight catering, dinner parties, elevated catering, and personal and private chef services.

I want to share a little story with you, because I know you’ve been there too.

It should come as no surprise that I love hosting. Gathering people around my table has always been part of who I am. It started at my grandparents' kitchen table—where we shared meals, played games, and created memories that shaped me.

Over the years, I’ve hosted Bible study luncheons, packed my tiny NYC dining room with friends for brunch, and even squeezed 20 people into my one-bedroom Austin apartment for Thanksgiving, complete with china place settings. Feeding people is my love language.

But then, life got busy. And without even realizing it, I stopped hosting.

The meaningful time with friends started slipping away. The laughter, the deep conversations, the slow evenings when time just stopped—all of it faded. And I missed it.

This year, I decided to change that. I invited friends over for a dinner party. We started with cocktails and appetizers, shared a family-style meal, and lingered over wine, small desserts, and conversation cards well into the night. And just like that, my cup was full again.

💡 This is why I started Southern with a French Twist—to help bring people together around the table, even in the busiest of seasons. Because these moments of connection are too important to let slip away.

So here’s your nudge:
