Recently, at a lovely bridal shower brunch, the hostess shared how her home was a mess due to a renovation in their master bathroom. She wondered why she scheduled the brunch amidst such chaos, highlighting how challenging it can be to find the perfect time to gather in our busy lives.

This situation resonates deeply with why I started Southern with a French Twist. As a frequent hostess, I often hear friends say, “I wish I could make it look so effortless like you do,” “My house is a mess,” “I don’t have enough space,” “I can’t/don’t like to cook,” or “I don’t have time.” These reasons often prevent people from hosting gatherings, leading to a lack of community in our busy lives.

At Southern with a French Twist, our mission is to make gathering easy and frequent. During that bridal shower, despite the ongoing renovation, our hostess was calm and collected as she prepared for her friends. We took care of everything: setting the table, brewing coffee, pouring mimosas, cooking a three-course brunch, and cleaning up every crumb. She enjoyed her time with friends and had a spotless kitchen afterward, able to spend the rest of the day with her family, not worn out from cooking and cleaning.

If you’ve been caught in the trap of thinking there’s no good time to gather, I assure you, your community is craving that invitation to brunch or dinner around your table. They want to connect with you and other friends while enjoying a delicious, memorable meal, creating lifelong memories, and deepening connections. We are here to make your gathering effortless, allowing you to be a guest at your own event and indulge in community and fine food around your table.

As Southern with a French Twist continues to flourish, our need for outstanding servers grows too. With our busiest season just around the corner, we are on the lookout for passionate individuals who love taking care of others to join our fabulous server team.
