Monday Yoga starting soon with Yoga with Elise 💞

I’m excited to announce, starting February 3rd, I’ll be teaching a 5:30-6:30pm Vin-Yin Yoga class at The Wildflower Country Inn & Event Center!

Vin-Yin combines Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga. Expect to start with mindful movements in a flow, followed by deep stretching and introspection.

Bring a mat, water, and any props are encouraged (blankets, blocks, bolsters). Bring a friend, too! The more we have the more we’ll shake it! 🧘🏻‍♀️💃🏻

Big changes at The Wildflower for 2025! Effective January 2025, the lodging portion of The Wildflower's business on Acres Wild Ranch will be under new ownership! A big welcome to Acres Wild Retreat! @ www.acreswildretreat.com
