APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
* ALL applicants MUST be eligible (no current non-compete, not running their own company) and committed to working with a DJ/MC Private Event Company on weddings and corporate events
* ALL applicants MUST have a reliable mode of transportation
* ALL applicants MUST have weekend availability
THE COMPETITION
* DEADLINE: August 24, 2022, 5:00 pm
* Film a 10 minute (maximum) open format set live, mixing at least 5 tracks in. (No shorter than 8 minutes and no longer than 12 minutes) (phone video quality)
* Introduce yourself at the beginning of your set including your name, the number of years you’ve been DJing and the types of events you’ve DJ’d in the past
* The set must include Don’t Stop the Party – Pitbull
* Applicants are encouraged to wear a suit or semi formal wear
* Upload the set to DropBox, Google Drive, or YouTube as an unlisted video and share it via the form below (Join Our Team)
* Must follow on Instagram.
* By willfully participating in this competition you consent to Cedar & Oak reviewing and judging your submission, and making a determination as to the winner of this competition. You also consent to willfully providing such video to Cedar & Oak Entertainment and Events, LLC but not to commercialization or distribution of such video.
* If you are determined to be the winner of the competition, Cedar & Oak Entertainment and Events, LLC may seek to obtain your permission to share such video with other contestants or the general public
* General terms and conditions (which state that it’s a game of skill, not chance and the winner will be chosen at the discretion of the judges).
JUDGING
* C&O management will determine the grand prize winner and all runner ups
* Contact the winner by phone and verify that they’ve followed the rules (followed the IG account, ).
* C&O will send an email to ALL participants thanking them for their time, and congratulating the winner.
