About Us:

At The Indie Sol, we believe in empowering children through exploration, curiosity, and hands-on learning. Our forest school is a dynamic, outdoor learning environment where students engage with nature while developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills. We focus on child-led experiences that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and self-confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate outdoor, child-led learning experiences in a forest school setting.
Support the holistic development of students, nurturing their connection to nature and each other.

Collaborate with fellow educators to create engaging lessons inspired by student interests.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during outdoor activities.

Qualifications:

Experience working in education or nature-based programs (forest school or outdoor education experience preferred, but not required)

Passion for child-led, nature-based learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.

Ability to work flexibly in an outdoor setting and adapt to changing weather conditions.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Background check clearance required.
