About Us:

At The Indie Sol, we believe in empowering children through exploration, curiosity, and hands-on learning. Our forest school is a dynamic, outdoor learning environment where students engage with nature while developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills. We focus on child-led experiences that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and self-confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate outdoor, child-led learning experiences in a forest school setting.
Support the holistic development of students, nurturing their connection to nature and each other.

Collaborate with fellow educators to create engaging lessons inspired by student interests.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during outdoor activities.

Qualifications:

Experience working in education or nature-based programs (forest school or outdoor education experience preferred, but not required)

Passion for child-led, nature-based learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.

Ability to work flexibly in an outdoor setting and adapt to changing weather conditions.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Background check clearance required.

We're thrilled to announce the rollout of our latest flex schedule, designed especially for our growing elementary-aged students!

We understand that every child is unique, with their own set of interests and talents. That's why we will be offering à la carte classes, allowing students to curate their own schedule based on what excites them most.

Whether they're passionate about math, history, music, drama, dance, LEGO engineering, cooking, or social skills, there's something for everyone in our enriching curriculum.

Join us as we expand and continue to nurture curious minds and lifelong learners.

* These flex classes will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays

*Each class will consist of 45 minutes. Ages 5-12

🌧️ Due to the weather forecast of constant rain, wind, and even thunderstorms for the weekend, we have made the decision to postpone our Easter Sunday Funday to the following Sunday, 4/7.

We invite our guests to celebrate the season of Spring and the beauty of nature with the budding and blooming of our grapevines and fruit trees.

Details on the festivities will be announced soon as we rearrange a few things and confirm with our vendors and musicians, but we still plan to run the event from 10:00AM – 1:00PM.

Mr. Ryan’s Interactive Puppet Show/Music/Dance Party will still take place from 10:30AM - 12:00PM
