Thinking about this event we did and how fun and crazy the experience was.
When we arrived we parked at one of the ports, unloaded the van, and used a cart and our wagon to haul things to the section we were going to set at.
Setting up was a fun process as we kept seeing the vision come to life.
Once everything was done, we cleaned up our stuff, took pictures and videos, and left.
When it was time to pick up, it was raining! And we were trying to get through the traffic from everyone leaving the competition.
After we made it through to the port we had to wait a little while because of how bad it was raining!!! 😩
We didn't want to get soaked or get things wet while packing them.
Eventually, we got everything in the van and we were able to go home.
Some events will be easy to set up and clean up, while others may be hard, In the end how they turn out is what matters. 🤍

And one of the best things we had at the event was the pancake station. It was everyones favorite! Personalized pancakes made fresh for the guests. They were amazing!
While planning London’s birthday party, we wanted to use pastel colors to keep it delicate and girly, adding sparkle and shine to go with the theme.
We wanted to do all of London’s Eras and the best way to do them was by choosing all of her favorite things.
And it was a success! She loved everything about her party.

The colors, the stage, the pink guitar, and the glittery microphone were perfect for the main setup.

The biggest Pokeball you could eat 😉
Tommy's dream came true on his birthday when he finally got to cut into his very own Pokeball cake.
He had been wanting this cake for years, a Pokeball filled with tiny Pokemon hidden inside!
This cake was a hit at the party with all the kids digging into it trying to get the Pokemon. 😅
This party had it all, pokemon games, activities, making your own card station, a scavenger hunt, treats, macarons, cake, adopt-your-own Pokemon, and a video game truck!
I can't even begin to express how amazing the event was!
It was just so much fun and everyone had a blast.
Seeing everyone enjoy themselves made me feel incredibly happy and fulfilled!

This Adopt A Pokemon station was my favorite part of this party! 🫶🏼♥️
But, it was the most difficult one!
Oh my, you wouldn’t believe the adventures I had trying to get these plushies!
Online shopping wasn’t going to work, because they wouldn’t arrive on time, so I went to four different stores and didn’t find what I was looking for.
And just when I was just about to give up, and do something different for the party favors I spotted them!!! 🙌🏼😭
I was over the moon with excitement!
And everyone loved them!

Tommy's Pokemon-themed party was organized and executed in a record time of less than three days!!!
Despite the tight deadline, we managed to pull it off successfully.
However, I must admit that the whole experience was extremely nerve-racking, and my stress levels were off the charts throughout the process. 🥲
But, we did it! I was so impressed and proud of our hard work.
