Raised in the sausage industry and surrounded by family and friends who owned restaurants and catering companies, Jeanette naturally was inspired by food. In 2003 Chef Jeanette Da Rosa attended the Le Cordon Bleu California Culinary Academy. She then traveled throughout her career to place such as Nashville, TN were she completed her internship at the Opryland Hotel and Convention Center only to r
eturn to her home town to work in Saratoga, CA's imfamous The Mountain Winery. Jeanette later traveled to San Diego, CA where she worked in the heart of San Diego's Gaslamp District at Galileo 101. Her passion for food is unparallel and she's constantly looking for ways to improve her menus for future and existing clients.
