Happy one-year anniversary to us! Last year on this date, we packed the dining room full of our friends and family and fed them Chef Will’s creations for the first time. Just days before, many of the same group was helping us unbox dishes and build furniture. The meal took over two hours, we had one waiter ( ) and one stand-in dishwasher ( ), and we certainly learned a lot through our growing pains that night. Cheers to us, and to all of you who have supported us through our first year as a fledgling business on 30A.
