Another busy week here at S'Wine Country BBQ as we wrap up the year with corporate holiday parties! 🎉

This week, we had the pleasure of serving Mendocino Forest Products not once but twice! On Tuesday, we delivered a feast of BBQ Chicken, Brisket, Slow Smoked Pulled Pork, Mac and Cheese, Out of this World Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, Green Salad, Mango Jalapeño Coleslaw, and Corn Muffins. Then today, we headed back to treat another division to Tri-tip with rolls, Mac and Cheese, and Green Salad.

Now it's time for us to enjoy the holidays with our families. Thank you all for your incredible support throughout the year. Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday season! See you in 2025!

🎄🎉 What a Week! 🎉🎄

This week has been packed with holiday cheer and delicious food!

On Monday, we had the pleasure of catering for our good friends at Luther Burbank Center for their Volunteer Christmas Dinner. It was such a busy and festive night that we didn’t get any pictures, but we served up a traditional holiday meal featuring:
🦃 Roasted turkey
🍖 Ham
🥔 Mashed potatoes and gravy
🍲 Green bean casserole
🥗 Green salad
🥖 Rolls

On Wednesday, we headed to the Geysers to serve a holiday lunch for our new friends at Calpine. Their employees enjoyed:
🔥 Tri-tip with chimichurri
🍯 Ham with honey mustard glaze
🌟 Out-of-this-world baked beans
🧀 Mac and cheese
🥗 Green salad
🥓 Bacon-wrapped meatballs
🌶️ Bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers

🌊 Last night, we had the pleasure of catering a cocktail reception for a company retreat at beautiful Bodega Bay! Guests savored a variety of appetizers including bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, bacon-wrapped meatballs, cheese-stuffed mushrooms, sweet & spicy shrimp, a fresh vegetable platter, vibrant fruit platter, and caprese skewers.

All enjoyed against the stunning ocean backdrop. Cheers to great food, great company, and unforgettable views! 🥂🍤🌅

Yesterday, we had the honor of catering a beautiful wedding at Mark West Lodge! 🌧️ Despite the rain causing a last-minute change to move the ceremony indoors, everything turned out perfectly. 💍✨

Guests enjoyed a spread of delicious appetizers, including Caprese Skewers, Fresh Fruit Platter, and a Cheese & Cracker Board. For the main meal, they indulged in BBQ Chicken, Grilled Pork Tenderloin with a Peach Rosemary Glaze, Creamy Mac and Cheese, Out of this World Baked Beans, Green Salad, and Corn Muffins. 🧀🍗🥗

We had the pleasure of doing a drop-off with our good friends at Jack London State Park yesterday, marking our 9th year working together! 🎉 It was a special evening for their Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, and they sure know how to treat their team. 🍽️ They chose a mouthwatering menu featuring grilled pork tenderloin with a peach preserve and rosemary glaze 🍖🍑, out-of-this-world baked beans, roasted vegetables 🥕, roasted corn & pepper salad 🌽, mango jalapeño coleslaw 🥭🌶️, and to top it all off, a peach/berry cobbler! 🥧 We’re grateful to be part of such a meaningful event. 🙏

Yesterday, we catered a gorgeous wedding at a horse ranch in Willits! 🐴💍 Guests enjoyed a feast of Brisket, Pulled Pork Sliders, Grilled Portabella Mushrooms, Out of this World Baked Beans, Creamy Mac and Cheese, and Mango Jalapeño Coleslaw. Appetizers included delicious Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers and refreshing Caprese Skewers.🌶️🥓🍅 And we can't forget the grand finale—our irresistible Peach Raspberry Cobbler! It was a day full of love, laughter, and unforgettable flavors! Congratulations Sarah & Nick! 🌅✨

On Tuesday, we had the pleasure of catering an amazing event at Luther Burbank Center—an employee appreciation day done right! 🎉 The team really knows how to treat their employees, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. The menu was a classic picnic feast: grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, out of this world baked beans, macaroni salad, green salad, and a refreshing fruit salad.🍔🥗🍓🍉 It was a day full of great food and even greater people!

Midweek fuel-up! On Wednesday, we had the pleasure of catering for one of W.L. Butler, Inc.'s hardworking construction crews. Our spread featured Tri-tip with chimichurri, BBQ chicken, creamy mac and cheese, pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes, and corn muffins. Nothing like good food to keep the team going strong! 💪🍽️

Just wrapped up a delicious drop-off this evening for Pivot Charter School in Santa Rosa! 🏫 We delivered a mouth-watering spread featuring tri-tip with chimichurri, BBQ chicken, grilled portobello mushrooms, creamy mac and cheese, grilled asparagus, green salad with raspberry vinaigrette, and corn muffins. 🥗🥩🍗 These teachers are fueling up and getting ready to kick off an amazing school year ahead! 🎉

Hey everyone! It’s been a minute since our last update, so I wanted to give you a peek into our hectic week. Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of doing a corporate drop-off for our good friends at Graton Rancheria in Rohnert Park. Then on Thursday, we headed to Healdsburg for another drop-off at Max Process Equipment. We wrapped up the week with a special drop-off for a rehearsal dinner, also in Healdsburg. We were so busy, we didn’t get a chance to snap any pictures—but trust me, it was a whirlwind of activity! ✨

🌟 Friday night was a success! We catered a fantastic corporate training event in an absolutely beautiful setting in Sonoma. Our menu featured:

✨ Last night, we had the pleasure of catering a stunning welcome dinner in Santa Rosa, set against a breathtaking backdrop. The couple opted for an array of delightful appetizers that stole the show! 🌟

Our menu included:

~ Mini pulled pork sliders with mango-jalapeño coleslaw
~ Bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers
~ Soy-lime ginger shrimp skewers
~ Grilled chicken skewers
~ Portobello mushroom bites
~ Caprese skewers
~ Fresh vegetable platter with hummus and ranch
~ Mac and cheese served in small ramekins
~ Carne asada quesadillas topped with sour cream and guacamole, with our house-made pico de gallo

Last Saturday, we had the privilege of facilitating a drop-off for a retirement celebration. We delivered Ribs, Slow Smoked Brisket, Mango-Jalapeño Coleslaw, Farro Summer Squash Salad, and Corn Muffins. Wishing Becky all the best as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. 🎉🎊

Day 3...Today, we did a drop off for a Celebration of Life in Santa Rosa. Our menu featured: Fruit Platter, Vegetable Platter with Ranch and Hummus, and an Artisan Cheese Board and Crackers. For lunch, guests enjoyed Brisket, BBQ Chicken, Farro Summer Squash Salad, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Roasted Vegetables, and Green Chile Muffins. Though it was a somber occasion, we hope our food brought some comfort.
