This year, as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of ballooning in the Evans Family, we also are excited to celebrate something deeply personal: Tyler has earned his pilot’s license — fulfilling one of his lifelong dreams.

Flying was always something he hoped to do with his dad. Though Keith and Marianne are no longer with us, we know they would be incredibly proud. Tyler is honoring them in the most beautiful way — by continuing the dream they helped ignite. We can’t thank you enough, Stephen, for teaching Tyler over this past year.

We will forever be grateful for our ballooning family and the love and support that surrounds us. Here’s to chasing dreams, honoring those we miss, and soaring into new beginnings. 🎈❤️✈️

Tyler was able to get another training flight in this morning in Eagle Mountain. We are so grateful for our family, ballooning family, crew, good weather, and a great place to fly! We hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

Last weekend Tyler was able to get a couple more training flights in. He even landed back at the take off field on his Sunday flight! Thank you to our amazing crew for their help and the pictures!!

Some tricks and treats were at our house last night. We wanted to keep the trick or treaters warm when they stopped at our house 🤣🔥 We hope everyone had a safe and fun time! 🎃

Tyler was able to get a training flight in today and have a neat opportunity to see some cool cars! We ended up in an amazing neighborhood and had so many great helpers! Thank you to our amazing crew and they all take some pretty amazing photos 😍❤️

Tyler had another great training flight this morning! One of the common questions we get is if hot air ballooning happens in the winter. Yes! A perk of flying in the winter is sunrise is later so we don’t have to be up as early as we do in the summer. Thank you to our amazing crew who braved the colder weather this morning to come help Tyler get more training time in! We really appreciate you ❤️
