3:5 Photography "God creates the beauty. My camera & I are a witness.” Why is it called 3:5 Photography? God gets the credit for all of the works in my life.

He is the reason I've become the woman I am today and He has blessed me with more than I'm worthy of, including wonderful talents and passions. So it only seemed fitting that I honor Him by naming my photography business after His works. Proverbs *3:5*-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

Christ is risen! There are no words that make my soul happier! I haven’t lived a perfect life, not even close. I have been and always will be a sinner. But wow am I so grateful that Jesus found me! Jesus died for me and you, He rose again, defeated death, and is now in Heaven at God’s right hand waiting for just the right time to come back. The grave could not hold Him and now we are saved in His holy name through His holy blood. How blessed are we to have a God that chases after our hearts, gives us His words to study, and sends us His Son to take our place when we fail day after day?! Happy Resurrection Day! Jesus loves you and so do I ❤️

There’s not one single thing in my life that I can take credit for, I’m nothing but a sinner. I know that it is by Gods grace and mercy alone that I have this life, my beautiful children, my warm house, the food that fills me, the air I breathe...I could go on and on. But the greatest gift of all is that of His only begotten son, Jesus Christ, who came to us as a baby born in a stable, lived a sinless life, and gave it all on the cross to save us from our sins. Praise God for His many blessings and for sending us all our true Savior that we so desperately need. Happy birthday Jesus!

God’s way is perfect. When He blesses you with a baby, even years after you thought that phase of your life was over, you trust that He has great plans for you and that sweet little miracle growing inside of your tummy...and then you promptly have maternity pictures taken on the beach 😅 So grateful that God has given me another opportunity to photograph His wonder. Weber family- this sweet baby girl is so blessed to come into your loving home lead by faith and surrounded by 3 very excited older brothers to protect her 💗💙💙💙

Anyone who has been blessed enough to be a part of Chelsea and Zachary's life can vouch for me when I say that these are two people who are filled with love, kindness, and grace, and once you meet them they will have a lasting impact on your heart. The fact that two such extraordinary souls found each other and now get to spend the rest of their lives together is nothing short of a miracle. I was so happy that they chose me to be a part of one of the best days of their lives. 2020 hasn’t been the year any of us have expected it to be. We expected the new decade to be bigger and better than last year. The year we reached our goals and achieved our dreams. We expected it to bring us excitement and happiness. Instead we were brought fear, sickness, loss of incomes, loss of freedoms, and loss of lives. But that does not mean we are without hope. John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” What our country needs now more than ever is to love and trust God. Trust He is in control, trust He loves us, and trust He sees the whole picture while we’re simply looking through a peephole. We should also be praying for our loved ones, neighbors and those on the frontlines. Praying for a treatment/cure/vaccine. Praying for our leaders to make honest, wise and smart decisions. Praying for those who’ve been impacted the hardest whether it be their health, their quality of life or their livelihood. And praying for our country to start safely getting back up and running. With all of that being said, it’s with a heavy heart that I have to say that 3:5 Pho+ography will not have any Weddings for the remainder of 2020. Most of my Brides and Grooms have moved their dates to next year or cancelled, and due to underlying conditions I will not be adding any new 2020 Weddings to the books. I know how hard this time is for those of you who have been planning your Weddings for months, some even years. But no matter how big or small your Wedding is and no matter what day it takes place, you’ve already done the hard part. Out of all of the people in this big, crazy world you found your best friend and you get to spend the rest of your lives together- now that’s a blessing ❤️ For those of you planning or scrambling to reschedule your Wedding, I’m now scheduling 2021. Reach out to me and we’ll get it figured out together ❤️
