The owner of and designer for Heaven's Rain Floral Design, Camilla Bauer, is a Certified Floral Designer of Floral Design Institute in Portland, Oregon. She has also completed floral

design courses from Houston School of Floral Design, Benz School of Floral Design, and College of the Mainland. To stay up to date, she continues her floral design education through various means including classes offered by the Texas State Floral Association.
