God has blessed us with fertile land! Not only are we sourcing all of our eggs and pork sausage from our amazing , but, now, we are harvesting heirloom blueberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, squashes and edible flowers!--- ALL for the enjoyment of our guests. All of our scratch-made-with-love breakfasts are 80-90%organic, , 100% and, we can name our Farmer source. As thecwhile as we regenerate our pastures as God intended. . You will not find better stewards of the land all-the-while enjoying the oldest existing home in White County..circa 1837, surrounded by the majesty of NE Georgia mountains.

No color enhancements. This is what REAL eggs, raised in the most ethical, regenerative manor, look like! You should see how healthy our pastures look as a result of rotational grazing. Better yet, come TASTE the difference.

So much is in bloom ! Our garden is bursting with organic heirloom veggies, edible flowers and herbs that are incorporated into our organic, scratch-made-with-love breakfasts. We are also blessed to have rotationally grazing multi-species on our pastures with absolutely no hormones, or any pharmaceuticals. When animals are raised this way, there is no need for that. We proudly serve and use eggs from hens they raise in all of our guest breakfasts.
