Thanks to all our visitors this October season!!! About 1/3 were from Wisconsin, 1/3 from Illinois, and 1/3 from Iowa.

Special thanks to Michaelia and Drew, a young married couple that traveled from St Louis, MO exclusively for the "full experience" our last weekend to see the film that was playing weekends in town, then toured the castle the next day!

And another young couple with babe in arms that came on their 2nd anniversary "to the most romantic place in Illinois" to celebrate their special day!

Thank you to all 1356 visitors this season and Tammy Lahre Holmbo and Rosina Linn for greeting all of our visitors and taking many wonderful photographic memories for all of us!

I had fun portraying Captain Smith of the RMS Titanic for our final weekend when we dressed for Halloween.

Alan St. George holds a prop clapboard from 1994 which still retains his late wife's chalk handwriting! Adrianne used it as the centerpiece for her "Hollywood Birthday" three decades ago!
