The day has come to finally reveal where our truck is currently! As with anything it's never really finished, but here it is. From an old white van that didn't run to our Ice Truck. New paint, runs great, stops great, and has color changing logos. The inside carries everything we need to serve you and has air conditioning for us! We look forward to seeing you at events and parties. If you need the big blue truck at your event just let us know!

Day 5! If you noticed that the inside of the truck was empty.....you were probably wondering how we were going to make and serve traditional shave ice. Well, have no fear! While the outside of the truck was undergoing a makeover the inside was as well. The walls were insulated and covered in aluminum. We added hot and cold water along with multiple sinks. We built a shaving table, counter, and flavor stands to hold all of our supplies. So far we have been mechanics, metal workers, electricians, and plumbers. Getting closer!

So, if you have followed us along the reveal great! If not, let's catch you up. Bought a truck, moved it to us, cleaned it up, got it running, and put a serving window in. Next up was a big change! We started sanding to get it ready for the next step. This was a long and dusty process, but got us ready for what was coming........

Day 3 update. Thank you for those that have enjoyed our reveal, and hopefully you are enjoying the suspense! After getting our truck down here and spending time cleaning we had to make sure we could serve our shave ice to you! It is a little nerve racking to cut a HUGE hole in the side of a perfectly good truck! Measured 107 times and cut once! While this was the only change you would notice we also rebuilt the fuel system and the braking system so that we can get to your party or event!

Day 2 of the reveal! First step was to get the truck from over 3 hours away home. Then it was time to start cleaning. This was all hands on deck as there was a lot of dirt to wash off. We even gained someone willing to drive!

We have a big announcement with a little suspense thrown in! As mentioned before we have been working on building a mobile shave ice truck. We are happy to announce that we are almost ready to begin making snow from it! Over the next few days we will share the journey. This has been a complete family effort to build the truck ourselves. Enjoy the journey!
