It’s being welcomed into the most intimate season of someone’s life, and somewhere along the journey from first call to final toast, a shift happens. Clients become friends. The bond deepens. And on wedding day? We’re misty-eyed right alongside the parents and the partner at the end of the aisle.

Finding the perfect balance in a client-planner relationship is magic—and not always common. But when it happens, it feels like fate. That’s exactly what happened with S & B. Forget tea parties—this birthday girl wanted a safari with a soundtrack!

We turned the Jacksonville Zoo into a pink jungle paradise for one wildly fun celebration, complete with a live DJ spinning dance beats under the palms, surprise appearances by real animal ambassadors, and interactive moments that had little explorers roaring with excitement.

One of our favorite details? Partnering with to deliver their signature Birthday Box Program—with their help also, each guest left with a curated jungle-themed swag bag full of whimsical, imaginative fun to keep the adventure going at home.
