We are happy to share some GREAT news with you all!!! We are currently in the process of opening up our very own restaurant!!!!!! We would like to thank each and everyone of you who have at one time or another placed an order with us! Because of you we have decided to turn a dream into reality! That being said, please come take a look at our new page, check in for updates on our progress as we prepare to open our doors in January and like our page so you will always know whats going on. We hope to see you all once.we open for business. Ohhhh by the way.. I had to change.the name since there was already a registered business using this name... Last night we had the honor of catering our mother's surprise 60th birthday party. We had quite an extensive menu which we are happy to report...everyone enjoyed. Menu for the night: garden salad, potato salad, beef and chicken empanadas, fried wingettes, arroz gandules, arroz con cebolla, white rice, pink beans, pernil, steak with onions and peppers, stewed turkey and lasagna. Yesterday we had the pleasure of catering a beautiful babyshower... on the menu arroz con gandules, arroz con cebolla, pernil, pollo guisado, yucca with garlic and onions, chicken empanadas and beef empanadas (which were finished before I had a chance to take a pic 😁)

Today's job was dinner for a church function. The menu consisted of arroz con gandules, baked ham, maduros, penne ala vodka, meatballs in sauce and a garden salad (which I forgot to take a pic of). Client called a little while ago to say they were very happy... nothing makes us happier than hearing that!!
