This particular Philodendron, Florida Beauty, is hands down my favorite tissue culture. This plant was deflasked 13 months ago. For obvious reasons, it has escaped shearing thus far. I can't tell you how hard it was but I took the top 3 off after this so I can make more to share

If you've been looking for an African Violet society to join, look no further! Maybe you caught their name in the vendor listing but we are very excited to share that Plantella: An Albany Houseplant Expo will include African Violet lectures, sales, displays, supplies and more in a dedicated room (that shall henceforth be known as The Violet Room) at the venue hosted by The Capital District African Violet Society!
They are a local club that enjoy growing African Violets and Gesneriads. They will be providing education on growing and problem solving for these stunning plants. They are affiliated with the NYS African Violet Society and the African Violet Society of America. New members welcome!

Drop in The Violet Room at the times below to catch their 15-20 minute free lecture/demonstrations. There is no registration but seating is limited. The room will still be open to guests interested in sales and displays.
