Last year, Mountain Mac was the Laurance Jones, III Childhood Language Center Mac n' Cheese Cook-Off champion! We couldn’t compete this year because Uncle Sam had other plans. I was able to stop by this year and show some support for my good friend Steve Frame of The Pitch WV. The mac with short rib and Pitch Dust is on another level! We wish you luck in bringing home the trophy this year! To our fans and followers, maybe you’ll see Mountain Mac back in the competition next year! 🏆🧀🇺🇸

Mountain Mac loved catering for two Hurricane High School graduates this weekend. Thank you so much to the Sloan and Whittington families for having us share in your special day.

Our smoked pulled pork mac and cheese bowls topped with our new fresh candied jalapeños were a hit served hot right out of the Area 34 trailer. Coupled with hot dogs and hamburgers, it was a great party with great people.

Also, another customer requested a 14lb smoked brisket, which I could not turn down, and it turned out amazing! 🧀🔥🐖🇺🇸🤘🏼

Smoked Shotgun Shells going out for some local friends that supply me with local beef and pork. These shotgun shells were incredible. Manicotti shells stuffed with local pork sausage, mixed with various cheeses and cream cheese, then wrapped in bacon, smoked for an hour, and then finally glazed in sauce and smoked some more! 🔥🐖🧀🥓🇺🇸🇺🇸

The people have spoken! 1st place People’s Choice WINNER and 2nd place Judges Choice! With over 2,000 people in attendance and more than 30 teams competing, Mountain Mac LLC does, in fact, have the best Mac N Cheese around. And the best part about it is this competition raised over $40,000 for kids in WV to receive FREE speech therapy. Thank you to the Laurance Jones, III Childhood Language Center Mac n' Cheese Cook-Off for putting on this event! It was well ran, and to hear you tell it - your biggest event yet! Thank you to my sponsors, LJArt and Stonechurch Workshop, for hooking Mountain Mac up with banners, shirts, custom cutting boards, and banner stands.
