Tri County is here now fixing our down lines. They look exhausted, but it hasnt kept them from being friendly, jovial, and professional.It is very DANGEROUS job even if it is not storming. I couldn’t do it. They have to do a lot of out of the box stuff to get the job done. One of the trucks had a kayak in the back and I asked what they needed that for. They had to use it to get some lines across a pond to restore someones power. We take our power for granted most of the time and bitch and moan when it goes out because it’s inconvenient. Unless theres a storm we don’t even think about what it takes daily to maintain what we have. I am pretty sure if they didn’t work hard and take this job seriously every single day we would be in the dark way more often. My hat is off to them ALl.
