arranged. Please Ask about Promotions on Hiring a Mermaid to help Promote your business!! Please Note*: I do Not do One on Ones Alone! I will do a One on One swim session with your child but an Adult/ Gaurdian of 18 yrs or older Must be present at all times. I will also have my Mertender with me at all events to assure mine and your Saftey while having Fun! (note some prices may change due to area and location. There is also a Travel Fee if located outside of Ocean County.)

**Q&A **
* Is there a down payment and something I have to sign before the party?
- Yes there is a NON- Refundable down payment depending on how much the party will cost, usually a down payment of $100 should be sent via check or money order atleast one week prior to the party with the Waiver signed and sent back to us in the mail. If check bounces you will be responsible for full amount plus fees and if deposit is not taken care of the party contract may be terminated. This ALSO goes with at ANY time at a party if the Mermaid/Mertender feels uncomfortable or threatened the contract WILL be Terminated, but other than that if there are no problems we would love to have fun with you and have you enjoy your special event.

* Are you responsible if my child is injured?
- No we are not. in the waiver you sign it states that the mermaid and her mertender is not held responsible for any injuries made on day of the party and that we are professionals and take great care of your children as best to our ability but the parent/guardian in charge is responsible and must be present at all times of their children

* How long do the parties usually run? and can I add more time??
- The party Minimum for a "Mermaid Party" is 2 hours no less. this is because it takes time for the mermaid to change from a human into a mermaid plus there are so many great activities that the mermaid has planned for your little ones including Swimming, Face painting, and Photo opps. there just is not enough time if it were any less.
- Yes ! of course you can add on more time the usual rate for another hour added on is $100 but in some occasions we do have discounts so keep a weary eye out for them ;-)

* Can I have a Face painter for my child's party that does NOT include the mermaid tail?
-Yes you can as sad as I am not to turn into a mermaid that day we definitely do non mermaid events as well for 1-2 hours and may involve a travel fee. ( just note this package does NOT include Mermaid material or glitter tattoos).

* What are your tails made of and will it harm my pool?
- My tails are made of a water friendly material that is realistic looking to the eye and completely safe for your pool OR Salt water tanks with fish!

*Do you charge a Travel Fee??
- Yes, we do. Depending how far it is from Ocean County, although the usual rate is $50 it may be more if farther or out of state.

* do you have an assistant? I have an assistant my (Mertender) whom I have to pay as well to help carry me around, because I am a real mermaid and can NOT walk, and assist me with whatever I need .
