D&O had another great Winemakers Dinner at Decanter Wines this past Saturday where we paired our food with some Spanish wines. We served a seasonal pumpkin soup to begin with, beef tenderloin with a fig, balsamic, and coffee reduction sauce and roasted potatoes for the main course, and ending with wine and vanilla bean poached pears, caramel sauce, and ice cream. Such a great evening!

Dandelions and Olives is excited and proud to announce that we are catering the Detlef and Mari Annual Wine Party. Our package will be auctioned off at The Detlef Schrempf Foundation’s Annual Celebrity Gala and Auction. The funds raised will benefit two local Seattle charities: The Healing Center and Rise n’ Shine.

The Detlef Schrempf Foundation is committed to supporting organizations that provide hope, care and assistance to children and families of the Northwest.
