SEATTLE: Epiphany Events has a 360 photo booth that you can rent for your parties and we charge HALF OR LESS what everyone else in Seattle charges! It holds two people.

$800. Does not include an assistant to operate it. You pick up the photo booth at our storage unit. We include video instructions on how to set up and tear down the photo booth (it's pretty easy.) You bring it back to the storage unit the day after your event.

We can send an operator to your event to manage it during your event and tear down for an additional $50/hour.

We also have 4 really cool tube light bar/stick with stands that you can rent to put around the photo booth for an additional $100. (See photos)

FYI: everyone else charges $1,500 - $2,400+++ for only 4 hours of rental time!

What a beautiful evening for a Ball. The Regency Ball attendees were all so so wonderful and we loved seeing you all Bring It! Wow is all we can say, but also, come hang with us next time Epiphany Events has A party! Which may be NEW YEARS EVE but for sure at the 16th annual Venice is Sinking Masquerade Ball on Sat April 26, 2025. 🎉 Please tag away.

PARKING FOR The Regency Ball THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5th:
DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE UNDERNEATH THE HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH PAYING $68++.

Instead reserve your spot online using Spot Hero --the steps are here:

(1) www.spothero.com and in the search enter "wamu" and the wamu theatre will come up.

(2) choose the Wamu event on Oct 5th "Zed" and click to find parking lots

(3) choose the 550 4th Avenue S. Union Station Parking Garage - click on that and pre-pay for a parking spot. You CAN park on P1 in the Executive spots.

Hours are good from 3:30pm on Oct 5th until 5:30am on Oct 6th! and it's only $22.

Walk across 4th Ave and into the breezeway for the KING STREET STATION, and walk down one flight of stairs or take the elevator down to S. King Street and you will see the Hilton/Embassy Suites right there on the corner.

Walk in the side door lobby of the hotel and you'll see signs to take the elevator to the 6th floor ballroom to the Ball.

TO GET BACK INTO THE PARKING GARAGE AFTER THE BALL: YOU SCAN THE QR CODE OVER YOUR PHONE AT THE SIDE ENTRANCE TO THE GARAGE, TO GET LET BACK INTO THE GARAGE AFTER THE BALL AND THEN DRIVE OUT

Introducing Duke Gideon Hawthorne, the Duke of Highmoor -- one of several handsome Dukes who will be on hand to dance with the single/solo ladies at The Regency Ball on Saturday, October 5th. We will have two dance floors, one featuring a string quartet and professional dance instructor -- so all the guests can join in period piece Regency era dancing.

VOLUNTEER for The Regency Ball and get a FREE TICKET to attend. We need volunteers to help with set up AND tear down, and also to help with check-in at the Ball.

SET UP/TEAR DOWN: 3 hours set up PLUS 3 hours tear down = 1 free Gen Adm ticket (come to the venue the 10 or 11am on Oct 5th to help hang wisteria, set up tents, games, etc.) then you MUST return on Sunday Oct 5th at 10am to help tear down.

CHECK IN: volunteer AT /during the Ball checking in guests (5-9pm) - Ball ends at midnight.

Seattle's own, Marina Pierce (Soprano), will perform an Opera aria at The Bridgerton Ball on Sat. Oct. 5th -- ala Siena Rosso. Bridgerton fans will recall Sienna from Season One -- the opera singer who had a clandestine relationship with Anthony Bridgerton. Marina is on the left :)
