We are truly grateful for all the support, we will always be here happy and ready to make your party the most memorable event. For that we highly recommend that when you contact us and tell us:

7. 50% deposit is required at time of booking. There is also a security charge for any damaged, misplaced or broken articles at time of pick up. If everything is in perfect condition, the additional fee will be returned.
8. Invoice must be paid in full BEFORE starting to decorate the activity.

CHEESECAKE DE MANGO 😋
Ingredientes
Para la corteza:
1 1/2 tazas de galletas de vainilla trituradas
6 cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal, derretida
Para el relleno:
3 paquetes (8 oz cada uno) de queso crema, ablandado
1 taza de azúcar
1/4 taza de harina para todo uso
4 huevos grandes
1/2 taza de puré de mango
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
Pizca de sal
Para la cobertura:
1 taza de puré de mango
1/4 taza de azúcar
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
1/2 cucharadita de gelatina sin sabor
Preparación
1. Preparar la corteza: precalentar el horno a 350°F (175°C). En un tazón mediano, mezclar las galletas trituradas y la mantequilla derretida hasta que estén bien combinadas. Presionar la mezcla de galletas en la base de un molde para cheesecake de 9 pulgadas. Hornear durante 10 minutos y dejar enfriar.
2. Preparar el relleno: en un tazón grande, batir el queso crema con una batidora eléctrica hasta que esté suave. Agregar el azúcar, la harina para todo uso, los huevos, el puré de mango, el extracto de vainilla y la sal. Mezclar bien hasta que la mezcla esté suave y homogénea.
3. Verter la mezcla de queso crema sobre la corteza de galleta y extenderla uniformemente. Hornear durante 50-60 minutos, o hasta que el centro esté firme.
4. Preparar la cobertura: en un tazón mediano, mezclar el puré de mango, el azúcar y el jugo de limón. Espolvorear la gelatina sin sabor sobre la mezcla y dejar reposar durante 5 minutos. Luego, calentar la mezcla en el microondas durante 20-30 segundos o hasta que la gelatina se haya disuelto completamente.
5. Sacar el cheesecake del horno y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente durante 15 minutos. Luego, verter la mezcla de cobertura sobre el cheesecake y extenderla uniformemente. Refrigerar durante al menos 4 horas, o hasta que esté bien frío y firme.
6. Cortar el cheesecake de mango en porciones y servir frío.
