Our hiatus is over!! We are back to cooking, and as the seasons have changed since the last time we did a post for Smoke and Simmer, we decided to do something that felt in line with autumn. ๐
-Pan seared pork tenderloin medallions, topped with fried Kale, sweet peppers, and bacon and then drizzled with a soy, garlic, and honey reduction ๐คค
-Homemade sweet potato gnocchi (these pillows of potato heaven were worth every bit of effort) on top of a basil and herb whipped ricotta ๐
-Roasted Broccoli
-Chocolate cookie truffle tartlets ๐ฒ ๐ซ ๐ช
If you are having a gathering or holiday party, keep us in mind. No event is too big or small ๐
