For the first time, we have had to turn down jobs this holiday season. As much as we hate doing so, there are just not enough hours in the day or days in the week. We have been double booked, and triple booked on days. We have had trays going out the door everyday. Deliveries being made all over Southern Illinois. We have had an amazing year, and are THANKFUL for each and every one of you. Thank you for your continued support of our small business. Remember...it is NEVER to early to book for your holiday party for next year. December 2025 will be here before you know it. :-)

Just when doubt starts to sneak in, this message appears and makes you realize THIS is why we love what we do ....

Debra,
I just want to let you know how much we enjoyed you catering our mom's special Thanksgiving celebration at the church. Your team of ladies was absolutely wonderful to work with. The food was amazing - every single bit of it!! My gluten free sisters nearly cried when they first saw their cheesecake and coconut pie. They actually ate all of the cheesecake and all but 2 pieces of the pie which they took to mom's for supper.
The lasagne was a favorite of everyone! With your help in the selection process- we came up with a wonderful menu that everyone enjoyed.
I can't even put into words how much easier it was for my 2 sisters, brother, and me to not have to haul food in from 4 states to cook, serve and clean up. This was our 15th year putting this total family event together for mom. I am afraid it will be our last as her dementia is so severe. We actually had time to visit with family members like never before. We have you and your team to thank for that - in allowing us the treasured time to just visit.
If indeed this is our last time to do this - you and your team made this very special celebration of my mom even greater. From the bottom of my heart - thank you for all you do. It matters more than you will ever know...
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
And...if we are able to ever pull together a family picnic at Rend Lake - you will be the first one I call.
Again - thank you for being such an important part of our family celebration.
