I am back from the plantcitypigjam I couldn’t be more impressed with this event! We were good for a 12th place overall finish of 26 teams and a 9th place Prairie Fresh pork call!

Finally joined the 180 Club!

We are back from the 2024 Shawnee Great Grillers competition! We were good for an 11th overall out of 73 great teams. We were good for a 1st place Snake River Farms brisket PERFECT score and a 180 chefs choice PERFECT score (strawberry churro cheesecake).

Flying home after an extremely upsetting Lenexa BBQ after getting hit with 6s and 7s in appearance scores. Brisket is still maintaining consistency placing 23rd out of 170+ teams and first at our table but still not good enough. Our friends cooked the auxiliaries for us and were good for a 4th place miscellaneous (beef sliders).
