We are not just a delivery food prep store. We also offer a small area to enjoy some of our freshly cooked meals in our store. Stop in during business hours and enjoy a hot or cold sandwich on freshly baked bread with a hearty bowl of soup, or indulge in a big slice of chocolate cake and a cup of coffee. A little story time.....

When I became a mom of 4, VERY, active children, I never thought grocery shopping and meal prep/planning would be the daunting task that I grew to hate. I decided that I would combine my love for cooking for others and wanting to help busy families like mine. That is when Gilliam's Take & Bake Catering was born. I thought if I could take the stress out of planning, shopping, and prepping for meals for someone else, they would be able to sit and enjoy a nice family dinner together without all the chaos of prepping, cooking, and cleaning.
