I’m starting to open up my home for sourdough classes again!

My next class will be held on 3/8 at 6:00pm
$45 per person
The class will take place in Greenwich
Reserve your spot by 2/20

“How to Sourdough”
Learn to:
-Make artisan bakery quality bread at home with the my favorite sourdough method
-Understand how to care for a sourdough starter
-Mix a batch of sourdough bread
-Shape your loaf with the best technique to result in maximum spring and crumb
-Score your loaf right before baking to create a personal style

Space is limited to only 6 students so each person will receive plenty of hands on attention.

Each student will leave class with a loaf of sourdough they scored, a cup of sourdough starter in a mason jar, written recipes and methods, and a bag full of sourdough baking supplies.
A sourdough snack will be provided😊
