Last night’s event was a true Taste of Louisiana! 🔥
Guests enjoyed a delicious spread featuring Cochon de Lait (young pig) locally sourced from McCain Farms, Jambalaya with house smoked andouille sausage, chicken and Gulf shrimp, BBQ chicken and New Orleans style Beignets (sorry no photo of those delights as they got gobbled up too quickly!) served up with Southern hospitality and riverside views.
