Setting up this afternoon at the Jackson Food Truck Rally at the train station. We will be open at 3:30 till 7:30 or until we are sold out. Come grab one of new menu items 1st time on the menu today. After an amazing BBQ Competition in Sikeston this weekend we are back on the road this coming up Saturday the 4th in Scott City. We will be vending from 10am till 4pm at the Kopion Strongest Competition. Mafia come out and grab the best bbq in the area for lunch or dinner and watch the competition SEE YOU THERE!

We did it again! We participated in the American Legions BBQ Competition and Poker Run, with all proceeds going to help fund the Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
For all the turn ins we wound up 2nd in chicken, and 7th over all.
It wasn't our best cook (by far) but it was another fun experience.
Another great weekend cook is in the books. Thanks to everyone that came by and visited.

Hey Mafia we are set up and ready for the American Legion Vetrans Bbq Competition in Sikeston. We are competing not vending bbq...This is a competition that supports the Vetrans Cemetary in Bloomfield. Wish us luck! If you get a chance swing by set a spell shoot the breeze. There is a corn hole tournament that is also passing out wings while they last. We will have a band playing sometime this afternoon. it's a beautiful day the Lord has provided.

Had an amazing Eclipse event at the Sports Complex in Cape along with about 3000 NEW MAFIA FRIENDS. Wow wasn't the Eclipse AMAZING! A phone camera does it no justice. Mafia Chris P. Bacon is DONE...Not a bad looking pig for the 1st time ever doing whole pig before. A little time learning and doing is never a bad thing. Will be doing another one for Christmas...Thanks for hanging around for the day to see how it turnd out.
Hey Mafia this is a 1st for us this morning! We are so thankful to partner with 1st Assembly of God Church and Hope City Recovery to provide a Korean stlye whole pig for their Fellowship Dinner tonight...Chris P. Bacon YES I know it's a common name but suits him well...lol.. He has gone on a smoke filled journey to absolute goodness at 250 degrees with a little cherry and hickory wood to make the journey smell amazing. We will post pics throughout the day on this thread so stay tuned for updates..
