Pretty great view from our new digs this morning 🌞🪿 We can’t wait for you to see it for yourself! We’re working hard getting set up and the finishing touches marked off the list. We’re going to do some soft opening events next week to work out any kinks and then we expect to be open June 8th!!! Normal hours will be Wednesday- Friday 5-9pm and Saturday/Sunday 11-9. Stay tuned and follow along for more details. It’s going to be the best spot in town to hang out this summer so tell your friends!!

Well Two Forks Fans… it’s time to announce this will be our last week in Rifle for the summer (hopefully back this winter). Come out and see us this week if you haven’t yet or come get your favorite lunch before we move! Luckily we’re not going far and you can follow us to Silt. We will be in a really cool spot (in a trailer down by the river 😉) serving up the same great food in a beautiful outdoor space (54 County Road 311)

Although it’s been a blast seeing you all on Enterprise Ct and I appreciate all the love and support, I am even more excited for you to see what we’ve been working really hard on the last few years!

For those of you that don’t know the face behind the business, this is me. My friend took some great pics for me so I figured it’s a good time to share! I am a New Castle native and grew up on a ranch south of Silt. I went to culinary school in Denver and have been working in the food and beverage industry since. Hard to believe I can say for over 20 years! I am passionate about feeding people and take pride in preparing fresh, quality meals from the food truck. You can also find me catering events of all kinds, volunteering for Extended Table and a member of several local committees. 🐎Attention all my Kentucky Derby fans! 🐎 Who’s tried this famous sandwich, The Kentucky Hot Brown? It’s been around since the 20’s when it came to life at The Brown Hotel in Louisville. We will be serving it for lunch this week in celebration of the 150th Kentucky Derby 👒 You’re gonna have to make your own Mint Julep but this will get you in the spirit 🥃

Another week of good food, what can I say! I’m pretty excited for this smash burger. I know spending time in Oklahoma may not be for everyone but you might change your mind if you’ve had one of their famous onion burgers. I’m going to do my best to replicate them this week so come give them a try!

My favorite thing about having the food truck open these last few weeks is getting to see everyone! I am humbled by all the love and support from my family, friends, friends of friends, business neighbors, new friends and everyone in between. I’m excited to bring you a new option for lunch that is fresh and delicious and I can’t wait to see you next week! Thank you for the reminder of what an amazing community we live in 💕
