Individual renting bus will be solely responsible for
making sure everyone is age 21 or older that is
consuming any beveraqe containing alcohol. No
weapons allowed on Party Bus (No Exceptions)! Any
weapons found on any person in party, will result in
immediate termination of party. No jello shots of any kind
allowed on bus, unless a $50 non refundable deposit is
paid. All bus rentals require a dep

osit of $150 before your
reservation is final! Freight Train Express will not be held
liable for any accidents caused by negligence of any
patrons on bus disobeying bus rules or under the
influence of alcohol. Zero tolerance for any VOMITING ON THE BUS, THERE WILL BE A$150 CLEAN UP AND SANITATION FEE DUE IMMEDIATELY! IF NOT PAID BY RENTER RESERVATION AND PARTY IS TERMINATED ON THE SPOT! Reservations deposit will only be
refunded if cancelled 32 days prior to bus rental date, a
service and reservation fee of $100 will be subtracted from deposit if cancelled later than 32 days.
