Koke🔥HOT🔥dama!!!

What is kokedama?🌿
It is a Japanese word that translates to "moss ball", and is a form of plant sculpture known as the poor man's bonsai.
How do I care for my kokedama?🌿
Soak the moss ball in a sink once a week (or more often if it is drying fast from the dry indoor heat) for about 15-20 minutes. Let it drain, gently squeeze excess water from moss ball before placing it back in it's tray. Do not let them sit in water (to avoid molding). If properly cared for, they can last up to two years in the moss ball before needing to be transplanted. Most plant varieties will require low or diffused lighting to flourish....no direct sunlight.

Hello friends of Botanica🌿
I'm excited to share some exciting news! Although we closed our storefront on Minnesota Ave. just after Valentine's Day, we've planted ourselves in a new location at the wonderful and eclectic Stacey's Boutique. We've filled our booth with potted plants and succulent gardens - all designed with magical Botanica flair. You'll also find an uncommon mix of extraordinary products chosen for customers with a spiritual or naturalist nature including vintage, kitsch, crystals, pendulums, incense, wind chimes, and stationary. While we are no longer creating and delivering floral arrangements, we have lots of beautiful growing things we think you'll love - ready to go home with you.

We are so grateful to all of you who supported Botanica in it's previous incarnation. We'd love to see you again. Please come say hello and see what's new at our new space in Stacey's Boutique, just east, off the I-29 Tea exit.

Books can be dropped off before Saturday, if you wish to do so. Regular business hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, except we will be closed for Thanksgiving.
You can also leave them outside by the back door in weather friendly material if after hours.
