I’m baccccckkkkkk & in a new area!! YUP….we packed up & moved 2 1/2 hours Northwest to Elizabeth (the town just east of Galena). Going from a town & being raised in a town of around 50,000+ to 800 IS a culture shock!! But I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This was the best for my family & I only wish we’d done it sooner!!

So what to do on a rainy borderline stormySaturday?? Why not write & test a recipe?! Matthew’s got a friend over & while they’re gaming I get to cook!! Making a large batch of Cowboy BnB Candy. Yup Izzyrella is helping REALLY hard across the kitchen….🤣 With that being said she is NOWHERE near me or the food & I’m following ALL Serve Safe compliance for my fellow friends in the industry!!
