I’m lost for words at this moment but I wanted to share a quick update with you all.

Wednesday morning at 5:30am we were woken up by our 11 year old daughter notifying us that our home was on fire. We suffered a total loss.

We are doing our best to respond to everyone but it’s quite difficult at this time. If you have a rental scheduled for Halloween weekend, do not worry! We plan to be back in full force at that time!!! We need a little bit of normalcy in our lives and seeing the smiling faces of children playing on our inflatables will be a nice distraction for us.

If you are needing to book an inflatable, the best way to reach us is through Facebook messenger.

We are official into the BUSY SEASON so it’s time for an important message!!!

*DAY RENTALS: we strive to drop all day rentals off by 10am. Pickup begins at 5:00pm the same day! If you wish to keep the inflatable past 5:00, you must book it for the entire weekend. This is not negotiable!

*weekend rentals: drop offs are done throughout the day on Friday. We give a drop off timeframe on Thursday evening. Pickup starts at 5:00pm on Sunday. If you need it past 5:00 on Sunday, we may be able to accommodate you, just communicate with us in advance.

*Holiday weekends: we only offer FULL WEEKEND rentals for all holidays. Under no circumstances will we be able to accommodate anything other than a full weekend rental for holidays!

*Weekends are busy. We start super early Friday morning and go into late evening Monday. If you try to call or text us during that timeframe, expect delays in our response time. The best way to communicate with us is messaging the business page.

📢ANNOUNCEMENT TIME 📢

Our response time may be a bit delayed for a few days, we ask that you have patience with us.

We are a family business and one of us will be undergoing a medical procedure early Wednesday morning. Service will be spotty and our attention will be on the family member that is recovering. We will respond to all messages as soon as we can. If we fail to respond to you or answer your call, we ask that you reach out to us again. It’s very easy to overlook a missed call so sending a message to our page is the best way to contact us.

This will have NO EFFECT on delivers. Messages will be sent out on Thursday to give estimated drop off times for this weekend.

Just a friendly reminder, EASTER is quickly approaching! Get on our schedule before it’s too late. We will only be offering full weekend rentals so our friendly delivery guy can play Easter Bunny for his kiddos ❤️

As we enter into the busy season for inflatables, I want to send out a few friendly reminders to all of our amazing customers:

🗣 if you book an inflatable with us and you do not receive a call/text to confirm 1 day before, please reach out to us! We are human, we make mistakes. We receive rental request all.day.long while we are grocery shopping, attending sporting events for our kids, mowing the lawn, sleeping…so on rare occasions, we forget to add it to the schedule for delivery, a friendly call or text to remind us is much appreciated!

🗣 NO FOOD, DRINK, SILLY STRING, WATER BALLOONS, BABY OIL, SOAP, CONFETTI, CANDY, ETC. ALLOWED ON ANY OF OUR INFLATABLE! Failure to follow this very important rule will result in a cleaning fee. Y’all have NO IDEA how quickly those items can and will ruin a very expensive inflatable. Help us stay in business by keeping those items far away from our inflatables!!!!

🗣 when you rent a waterslide or combo unit that will be used with water, TURN THE WATER OFF when not in use! Do not flood our inflatables by leaving the water running overnight! Water is heavy, an excess of water building up on the inside makes it very challenging to fold and roll the inflatable!

🗣 if we show up to your delivery location and you do NOT answer the door for us, we will typically give you about 5-7 minutes before we have to leave. We are on a very tight schedule. We give ourselves a certain amount of time at each delivery to make sure we stay on track to get everything delivered in a timely manner. We do not guarantee that we will be able to make it back to your delivery location once we leave. If we do find time to come back to you, there WILL BE an additional fee.

Last week we introduced you to Kayleigh and told you about her new role with Inflatables Of The Northshore. On top of taking on a bigger role with our family business, she wanted to experience creating her own business, so we are helping her do that! She has created Kayleigh’s Kreations and we are super proud of her! She has enlisted the help of her 10 year old sister to make super cute bracelets to sell. She has created her page and wanted to invite all of you to LIKE it!

Both of the girls will create one of a kind, handmade bracelets, then post on their page for sale. They can accept custom orders as well! And of course they will deliver the bracelet to you if you rent an inflatable 🤩

They will both donate $2 from the sale of every bracelet to a local charity of their choice. They will also be required to research the charity to learn more about it and bring awareness by posting about it in their group.
