Running a bbq joint is cool, but what's even cooler is when people discover we brew our own tea the old fashioned way. I'm talking about a huge pot and tea bags dangling over the side, not those fancy machines. My family's from northeast Texas, and if they found out I was brewing tea any other way, I'd be disowned, no joke.
