We get a lot of questions regarding sauce flavors. Here is a list and description of each flavor.
1. Carolina Sweet - Our most popular sauce. It is a Carolina style vinegar based sauce with a hint of tomato and sweetness. Tangy and sweet. Good on about everything. Especially pork.
2. Lucky 13 - Simply put, it is sweet heat. Thirteen ingredients creates a plethora af flavors. Best as a wing sauce. Great on chicken and steak.
3. Liquid Sunshine - A mustard based bbq sauce with a sweet tang that is true to it's South Carolina roots. We think it is amazing on grilled pork chops and grilled bone in chicken.
4. Summer Heat - A chipotle flavored version of the Carolina Sweet. This sauce is spicy and not for the feint of heart. It packs a ton of flavor. Sweet, spicy, smoky and tangy. A perfect compliment to fried chicken or pork.

Smoking pork shoulder for pulled pork. Shoulders are rubbed with our own All Purpose Rub and Smoked over B&B Charcoal. Once pulled, we lightly season and lightly sauce the pulled pork with our Carolina Sweet BBQ Sauce. You don't want to miss this batch. We are not sure when we will have more. Vacuum sealed pulled pork by the pound, $15. All sauces are available for $8 per bottle. If you buy pulled pork and a bottle a sauce the package is $20. Local pick up only on pulled pork.

Introducing JB's Beach BBQ's fourth bbq sauce flavor. This one will called Summer Heat. This sauce takes the base of JB'S Carolina Sweet sauce and adds a smokey spicy flavor to it. This sauce is a flavor bomb with a good kick. This one will not be for the faint of heart.

I make two bbq sauces. One of them is named Lucky 13. The Lucky 13 was invented as I was trying to recreate a wing sauce from a favorite watering hole that had closed. I never truly got the sauce I was trying to recreate, but I did end up with a delicious sauce with thirteen ingredients. While eating it on wings one night said, you should call it the Lucky 13. I feel like it was dumb luck how I ended up with this sauce. Haphazardly throwing ingredients together in an effort to keep a memory alive. That is the story behind Lucky 13. We miss our nights at the Oasis and visiting with Nick. This picture is an ode to our old friend.

Wings were seasoned with my own JB's All Purpose Rub then grilled on the kettle over lump charcoal. Tossed in Lucky 13 and served over ruffled chips (if you know you know).
