2024…what a year! I’m so lucky to have this career and to be able to work with so many amazing couples (seriously, I love every single one of my couples) and phenomenal vendors. This year had trials and tribulations in my personal life but having a job I love really helps balance it all out.

Thank you to my lovely couples, kickass vendors, and notably to my whole team of lead photographers, videographers, planners and second photographers, videographers, and assistant planners. I literally can’t do all this (points to everything) without you.

Here is to a successful and thriving 2025! 🥂

At the end of spring last year, we got to capture K&H's beautiful intimate wedding at Lamoure Vinyards in Elk Grove. This was my first time at this venue and I have to say, I fell in love! The venue and buildings were stunning, matched only by the incredible team behind the scenes. And let's talk about the floral arrangements and installation — absolutely breathtaking! Another beautiful wedding day filled with intimate and emotional moments! 🫶🏼 I feel so honored to have been a part of this incredible wedding!

One of my favorite parts was when they brought their cute corgi puppy to their first look and bridal party photos! I am always pro having your pup be a part of your special day so, take their wedding day as a sign to do it your way and include those unique things that make your relationship stand out!

A colorful and fun wedding day in the city! 😍

Stephanie and Nader's wedding was super intimate and had such a fun vibe to it! I had the honor of being able to take their engagement photos before their big day! It turned out amazing and I loved being able to capture their unique wedding day!

Are you guys just as obsessed about this location as I am? The backdrops were insane and so epic!

This adventure filled San Francisco city hall intimate wedding was a dream come true!! 👏🏼❤️

Amanda and Simon chose to have an intimate wedding day with all their close friends and family!! And to say it was perfection is an absolute understatement.

The city hall is an architecture and art lovers dream come true. All the beautiful detail of the wedding venue helped bring in tons of unique elements to their wedding portraits, ceremony photos and reception photos!

This venue should be one of your top choices and then you should bring me along to capture all the in between moments!

👉🏼 How To Choose Your Elopement Location From A California Elopement Photographer

Think About Your Experience! Don’t forget that you have decided for a reason, you want to prioritize yourself and your partner first before anyone else!!

Do You Want To Have A Multi-Location Elopement? Going to more than one location is a great way to have variety in your elopement. Plus if adventuring is your cup of tea then it will be perfect for you!

Think About Your Back-Up Plan! It’s so important to have a second favorite location in mind just in case your first choice doesn’t work out! Release the pressure and just enjoy!

Don’t Forget Your Permits! A lot of locations that are on public lands like National Parks or State Parks require permits to have a ceremony or a photographer to document it!

Plan To Leave No Trace! Leave No Trace is a set of ethics that everyone who uses the outdoors for their elopement should be sure to practice to protect the environment.

To say this Napa Valley wedding at Carneros Resort And Spa was stunning is an understatement!! 😍 I loved this venue so much and was so happy that Elizabeth and Steve decided to bring me along for the ride!

If you’re looking for a Napa Valley wedding venue that HAS IT ALL! Then this is it! They have magical views, landscapes, and vineyards nearby, and the food and wine were amazing!

This was the perfect location for them because Elizabeth LOVES wines and works in the industry. So, it made sense to have a Napa Valley wedding. And it sure did not disappoint!

This editorial elopement in California at Muir Beach Overlook with Monika and Matthew turned out so beautiful!! They had a small ceremony with only their parents and I was SO happy to be a part of their day!

We had their ceremony in a small shaded alcove at the Muir Beach overlook! After the ceremony, we took family photos and portraits of them around the overlook and at Muir Beach!

The whole day had this very editorial vibe and you could tell how in love they really are!! These two are so sweet and it was amazing being a part of capturing this intimate elopement day!

Ashley & Danielle celebrated their wedding day with their closest friends and family in the gorgeous area of Calistoga, California and in the heart of Napa Valley!

These two actually booked me ONLY a week in advance!! Yes! A week!! Their original wedding was supposed to be in Mexico but COVID happened and here we are!! Tying the knot with me by their side! 🎉

So grateful to have been a part of their wedding day! And now get to celebrate the fact that they finally got their dream Mexico wedding this year!!

Did you know that your timeline is the most important part of the wedding planning process?! 👀😱 If not then listen up because I’m giving you my top 5 tips for creating the perfect wedding day timeline 👇🏼

🌈 ALWAYS ALLOW MORE TIME: It’s best to have a cushion of more time than you think you’ll need!

🌈 FOR BEST LIGHTING: I recommend starting the ceremony 1.5 hours before sunset with first look or 2 hours before without first look!

🌈 HAIR & MAKEUP: Everyone should be completed 30 minutes before putting on the dress! Communicate a hard stop time to your hair and make up team!

🌈 GATHER YOUR THINGS: Once the dress is on, the last thing you want to do is be rushing around in your wedding gown. So, have bridesmaids gather everything that’ll be leaving with the group!

🌈 COMMUNICATE WITH FAMILY: Tell family members more than once when and where they need to be for family portraits. Extra tip: give them a meeting time that’s 15 minutes before the actual scheduled start time!

OK OK OK! The Palace Of Fine Arts in San Francisco has to be one of my all time favorite places to photograph at! 😍 This location is drop dead gorgeous and I was so excited to capture their day! It was perfectly unique just as they wanted!

If you didn’t know, I actually studied art history with an emphasis on architecture so, I knew that capturing Ashley and Koby’s elopement would hold an extra special place in my heart… and it sure did! 🤩

A magical beach elopement to remember on the cliffs of Douglas Park and Butterfly Beach with Tori & Xavian!! This beautiful couple decided for a destination all-inclusive elopement experience and it was AMAZING! 🥲

We planned this special day for months before the wedding. We paid attention to all the little details & it showed. This day was seriously incredible! Since it was an all inclusive elopement I was in charge of the photos, florals & all the details. Being able to create their vision from the beginning is the best!

The whole day was very low key which is exactly how they wanted it to be. And on top of that, the weather was PERFECT! These locations were epic. We walked around the property of Hotel California for their first look photos and then ventured to their ceremony at Douglas Park. And then finished the night at an intimate dinner at Lucy’s Steakhouse.

Literal perfection. 🥂

If you are on the fence about doing a beach elopement, this should be your sign to go all in and say yes to the beach! And then bring me along to capture all the special moments for you!

OH MY GOSH!! Bringing this day to the gram because this location and couple are THE BEST!!

Lucky for me, these two had me be a part of this engagement in 2020, had my team capture their postponed wedding ceremony in 2020, and then have me capture, plan and create their florals for their wedding reception in 2021! I loved that myself and my team were a part of their multiple wedding celebrations and we helped them bring their vision to life! 🎉

Diana and Caleb were up for anything during this engagement shoot which meant hiking up a steep hill to a spot called Slacker Hill! It had a full 360 view of SF, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Pacific Ocean, Marin and Marin Headlands! And I loved every moment of it!

I highly recommend this location if you are looking for an engagement session location with TONS of natural beauty at ever turn!

This engagement session should be your proof to bring me along to capture your love and have a BLAST together! And then bring me along to your wedding day just like these two did!!

Ready?? LETS DO IT! 💃🏻

This outdoor wedding day with Samantha and Ian was like a dream! ✨

They started outside of Straus Home Ranch surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, huge trees, all white floral and decor positioned right in front of a rustic old home. 😍 Then, everyone made their way to the barn on the venue grounds, enjoying lots of laughs, a beautiful reception intertwining the elegant and rustic vibes!

I loved how elegant everything turned out! And, I was so honored that they chose my team to capture the start of their new beginning together!!
